We grade every device using a simple system, so you know exactly what to expect before you buy.

Our grades only describe cosmetic conditions. All devices we sell are fully tested and fully functional.

How we inspect each device

We inspect devices closely under bright light .

We check the screen, body/frame, buttons, battery, and ports for signs of wear.

We separate cosmetic wear from functional issues.

If a device doesn’t pass our functional tests, it’s either repaired or recycled responsibly.

Overall look

Clean and barely used. No major cosmetic issues.

No visible scratches in the active display area. Possibly 1–2 tiny marks around the bezel area.

What do the condition grades mean?

We grade every device based on its cosmetic appearance, not its functionality. All devices we sell are fully tested and fully functional regardless of grade. Our three condition tiers — Excellent, Good, and Proven — describe how the device looks, so you can choose the option that fits your priorities and budget. What about battery health?

We test battery performance as part of our inspection process. While batteries naturally degrade with use, we aim to offer devices with batteries that support normal daily use.

What if the condition doesn't match what I expected?

We do our best to grade every device accurately, but if you feel the cosmetic condition of your device doesn't match the listed grade, please reach out to us.

How long does shipping take?

We offer free ground shipping on all orders. Most orders ship within 2 business days and typically arrive within 7 business days, depending on your location. Premium shipping options are available on most orders. You'll receive tracking information once your order ships.

What's included with my purchase?

Each product listing specifies what's included. In most cases, devices come with a compatible charger. Check the product page for details on what ships with your device.

What if something goes wrong with my device?

Every device comes with our 90-day limited warranty. If your device has a functional issue within the warranty period, contact our support team and we'll work with you to find a resolution.

Do you offer protection plans?

How are devices tested before they're sold?

Every device goes through our multi-point inspection process before it's listed for sale. We test core functions, including the screen, battery, buttons, ports, cameras, speakers, and connectivity, to help ensure the device is ready for everyday use. If a device doesn't pass our testing, it's either repaired or recycled responsibly.
